I got mine at ForTheModernBride as well. It wasn't cheap but I loved it. I'm actually still hanging on to mine because it's so pretty, I don't know what to do with it. It's nautical if you're interested - You're welcome to have it for free. Let me know. :)

you can get them on etsy or you can buy the boxes and make them yourself
I got the boxes at either michaels or ac moore (dont remember) and they were $9.99 for a set of 3
then i got fabric and adhesive spray and did it under $25
its black and white...if youre interested FM me
