Stuffed Mushrooms
Does anyone have a really good recipe you could share with me? I was asked to make them for Easter with my in-laws and want to wow them! Thanks

Re: Stuffed Mushrooms
I make them with bread crumb, garlic, locatelli cheese, and evoo. It's very simple but I love them.
I mix everything together, and add a little water so the mix is moist but not wet. I stuff the mushrooms, and put a little evoo over the top.

I pretty much do the same. Except I include the stems of the mushrooms (chopped) and parsley. Saute in a frying pan with olive oil. Stuff mushrooms and then bake. SO yummy!

Re: Stuffed Mushrooms
This one is so easy!!
cream cheese (I think it's a whole block-not sure though) package of spinach (thawed and drained) feta cheese garlic powder crushed red pepper (optional)
I think I bake them at 350 for 30 minutes.

I do the same but right before stuffing the caps I place a piece of Fontina cheese in each.
The melted cheese makes it extra yummy - everyone loves it.

I do this too except I just bake them and don't fry first

Re: Stuffed Mushrooms
I make them with crumbled up bulk italian sausage, breadcrumbs, chopped up mushroom stems, parmesan cheese and a bit of mozzarella. Stuff the mushrooms, drizzle a bit of butter on top then bake. They're delicious!
I've also made them with a head of roasted garlic, cream cheese, bacon and cheddar.
And, you could do cream cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, a bit of garlic and drained frozen spinach.
