How do I know what kind of diet I should be eating? I believe in everything in moderation but love to eat and snack! I try to limit the white carbs, fried food and sweets and saturated fats. Plus, I love my fruit and veggies, try to include proteins, and generally I know what is "good" and "bad" to eat.

I have limited time to excercise, but when I do it's a jog or 30 min of circuit (Jackie Warner or Jillian Michael's videos).

I do not need to lose weight but would like to be more toned like I was about 2 years ago. The thing is the reason I was more toned was not as much due to diet but more that I had a consistent workout routine. Plus, I am now past age 36 and I can feel the weight sitting in certain areas and not budging (mid section, arms) as easily. And, I hate that bloated feeling I have had recently, honestly I feel "fat".

Should I eat even more leaner foods and just cut out ALL junk???
