Puppy help! regarding potty training
I've been with my dog since 3 pm yesterday (Saturday). She did not pee all afternoon or night, and didn't eat much or drink much.
She was crated at night and was very comfortable inside there, and we put the crate in our bedroom so she wouldn't be lonely on her first night.
At 5 AM, I woke up and I took her out for a walk. She peed in the yard and I praised her.
It's not noon and she hasn't peed again yet. I have taken her out every hour, particulary back to the same spot she peed before. She has had some licks of her water bowl.
Is this normal?

no. but it could be because she is frightened, or out of sorts due to her new surroundings. are you bringing her to the vet for a check up this week? I would call the vet tomorrow.
