WE did.
They wanted rubrics, cooperation among teachers and reflection...plus lots more, that is what stood out.

Our QR was worse then going to the GYN, the Proctologist, the GI Specialist....and to boot, we had the main "author" of the QR rubric who just "lives the language of the rubric"
Her main focus was on quality of instruction and student work. That is all she cared about! She was a witch. She was not at all low inference.
We wrote a letter to her boss and am appealing our rating. It was not at all pleasant but we certainly learned a lot about the process.

I would focus on rubrics. Make sure the kids have the rubric when they are completing a task and they know what the rubric states. Also, data driven instruction. So, how are you using the data you have collected in your lessons plans? How was technology integrated into your classroom? They look for differentiated instruction. We had the state review this year. We will not be getting the city QR until fall. I heard the city one is going to be tough. Good Luck.

We were supposed to have ours Thursday and Friday but it was canceled because the guy's wife went into labor.
We've had a lot of PD and meetings on this and the above was pretty much what I heard too.
We've even had mock interviews and they always ask about using data in instruction.
It's insane. Everyone is hoping it doesn't get rescheduled until the fall because we all just want to focus on Regents prep.

We are doing all the things suggests and more! It is in two weeks and everyone is super stressed, on edge and having major anxiety. I hear the reviewer knows what rating the school is getting going in and there is nothing you can do to make it better. I just want it to be here and over, these weeks leading up to it have been complete torture.

Ours was all about didferentiated instruction, rubrics, DAta and... Rigor.. Hate that word!
