Why do my feet hurt when I buy new sneakers?
Each time I buy new sneakers my feet end up hurting and durning hi impact classes it feel as if they almost go numb.
I forget to ask about when I buy sneakers. It doesn't' matter the brand either.

I can't say why it happens but the same thing happens to me. More numb than hurting. It usually goes away after a few times wearing them.

When you buy new sneakers for working out you should wear them around a few times first to break them in.

Don't know why but this happens to me everytime!! Seems like when I finally get comfortable in a pair they look old and worn and I want a new pair.

Are you buying a half a size bigger? That could help the numbness.
My gut says that you just haven't found the right shoe yet. Even within a brand shoes are so different. You don't need to break in the right shoe.

ITA! I recently for the 1st time had my foot properly fitted at a running store & from day 1....no toe numbness, no blisters, nothing!!!! Sure enough I needed a size up! I also learned that my foot was one size sitting & in the measured. BUT it's bigger when I stand & the arch is stressed.

I will see if I can get to Road Runner to get measured.
I feel like they feel like the fit. I was thinking of maybe trying those gel inserts to give more support.
Yesterday during kickboxing it was really bad. It felt like my soles were either cramping up or my toes would go numb.

Sounds like your shoes are too small or too narrow. Most people where their shoes too small.
