Exercises for Posture
Can anyone recommend good exercises for posture? I have really poor posture and I slouch terribly. I need to really do something about this. It doesn't help that I'm hunched over a computer all day for work. I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Re: Exercises for Posture
You need to focus on exercises aimed at your core. Work on your upper and lower back, chest, neck and abdominal muscles. Using light weight dumbells and simple stretches will helps trengthen these areas. Instead of me typing the directions, your best bet would be to google images of exercises geared at the above. This will allow you proper visuals of how to correctly expedite these exercises. If you don't do them correctly then you can cause yourself more harm than help. I hope that helps.

Re: Exercises for Posture
The foam roller is a great exercise for posture. It is a long foam roll that you roll on in specific ways. Another great exercise for posture is Tai-chi. Much of the training is about how to move from correct posture. Zookinesis exercise helps to correct postural problems and keep the body flexible so you don't age. The "zookinesis49" channel of youtube has some of these exercises on video for free.
