Anyone else feel like their posture has gotten worse b/c of your kids?
I will be the first to admit that I dont have great poture to begin with but now that I have a baby I feel like I am ALWAYS hunched over to play, read, feed, etc.
I try to straighten up when I realize it but most of the time I need to be crouched over him for something or other.

I hear ya! I walk straight but when sitting, I feel like it hurts more to be up straight

Im the same way. I never had great posture to begin with but now I feel like this is my permanent posture or something, when I try to straighten up it hurts

yep...my shoulders are always rounded forward....I look in the mirror when I'm holding one of them and I'm disgusted

definately yes! I have scoliosis and now I feel like since I hold DS ( 15 months)so much and lean to one side when doing so, my back is even worse. I feel pains throughtout my back and arms and shoulders constantly.
I notice in the mirror that I'm more hunched now - so I try my best to put my shoulders back.

Feel the same. When i try to sit up straight it actually is uncomfortable!

Not only is my posture worse than before having Jacob, I pulled my back out so bad a few months ago from twisting and picking him up. I never had back problems in my life!

It is so scary to think that I will definitely look like one of those little hunched over old ladies.
