Pre natal yoga
There is a place in rockville center that I bought a groupon for. Can't remember the name but they offer prenatal yoga weeknights and I believe on the weekend!

Re: Pre natal yoga
I've taken one when I was pg with DD and LOVED it but my teacher moved to FL.
A lot of these yoga studios offer prenatal yoga. Check the sites for times and prices.

Re: Pre natal yoga
Hands down, the best place is Breathe-n-flow yoga. http://www.breathenflowyoga.com They have classes almost everyday, including one night and saturday. the owner, leah, is fantastic and the classes are tailored to everyone's ability level. for after baby is born, they have mommy and me yoga too :)
