mud runs
Yesterday I did my first mud run, Rugged Maniac, and now I'm hooked! Which mud runs do you do/think are good? (No spartan super for me! :)

I've never heard of these but they look amazing! Too bad I can't find a single friend or family member who's willing to do them with me!

Aww that would be fun, but I think I would be intimidated! I'm still a beginner and you certainly aren't!

Awesome! I went there for a free class---still have my second class left to go! They started having a "Training" class for the run every sunday this month so I went. I would like to try one of the regular classes since apparently this one wasn't very intense. I felt like I wanted to go workout after it but it was good to see what sort of obstcles would be on the challenge!
