did u ever have major bleeding episodes?
just got home from a very long night in labor and delivery
i got up off the couch and heard a gush and it was blood,and a lot of it and it did not stop
i bled in the car,made a trail in lij and all over the room
i knew i had previa and was told if i bleed do not be alarmed but was told that starting at 11 weeks and never had a drop of blood
i am now 18 weeks with Chat Icon Chat Icon and this was so so much blood
when they did the sono and we saw babies were ok we were shocked...
it turns out my previa is extra long and curving around and when the baby moved or kicked it cause a slight rupture and that is why i bled so much
they said this could happen again...i am still bleeding a bit now
has anyone with previa ever bled this much? i am still shaking from all of this,i am so tired but cannot sleep

Obv you know I have no experience but glad to hear the babies are okay.
Try to take it easy and get some rest

wow that sounds scary! so glad the babies are doing well. I have no experience with placenta previa but as long as your under constant care by your docs then everything will be fine.

OMG Gina. So glad babies are ok. Sounds so scary with that amount of blood. Eeek.
I had Placenta Previa earlier on. I had bleeding but we're not exactly sure where it was from, never confirmed it was from the placenta. Definitely didn't bleed like you're describing. By 14 weeks or so, previa was gone too.
Put your feet up and rest for sure. And tell those babies to knock it off!

Im sorry you have to go through this :(
I had Placenta Accreta. Very scary and very alarming.
TRY to stay off your feet and NO LIFTING...Bleeding is common with a previa but the less you do, the less you will have.
I was on bedrest from 26 weeks on. You may want to ask your dr. if he can do the same for you :)

staying off my feet as much as i can..my sister is getting married sat so sent dh to pick up my dress
bleeding is about 95 percent gone and when it is there it is brown so that makes me feel better!
how are you feeling

Im feeling great!!! So far so good...still taking it one day at a time...today Im 7w5d and my sono went well on Wednesday, HB was 147 and baby was 9mm....
Im glad your feeling better...just bc the bleeding is down DONT OVER-DO-IT!!! you DO NOT want another episode like the other day... :) have a GREAT time at the wedding...best wishes for a beautiful day to your sister and a lifetime of happiness..oxoxox
So glad your better, you had me worried there the other day...

Wow, so sorry you had to go through that scary time but sooo glad babies are okay! I had previa with first pregnancy, but it resolved on its own, and I did not have a bleeding episode..well not until I gave birth, but thats another story.
Hope all continues to go well for you
