The only time I can workout is during lunch time. My husband leaves at 5am to work and I get home at 6pm and have to cook, clean, play with the girls and prepare them for bed. Once I'm all done, all I want is to sleep. I'm also 12 weeks pregnant and still going to the gym and can manage a run outside during the weekend. It's def hard but like others said, sometimes you need to step out and do something for yourself for your own sanity.
