Working out Question
Hello,
I have been consistently working out in the morning before 12. Last night I worked out later than normal 5:30.
When I weighed myself this morning I was up a lb. I know this is not a lot, but I have been very careful about my diet and exercise.
Could the time of the day change your weight the next day? I also drink a lot of water when I exercise (I drink 2 poland spring sports bottles almost 48 oz). Would this be a short term weight gain?
Sooo frustrated!

Re: Working out Question
I don't think time of day would do anything to be honest. It's probably just water retention from training. Maybe you ate more salt yesterday, maybe you are "full" (if you know what I mean!)
I am sure it's short term, normal fluctuations!
