Re: what helps you with the queasy feeling?
Around 6.5 weeks I started to get nauseous and it'd last all day. The only way I wasn't nauseous was when I was hungry. But as soon as I'd eat, I'd get nauseous again. So I was either nauseous or starving. Not fun.
I tried saltines, they didn't help much. I tried drinking ginger ale but the carbonation didn't agree with me. I basically only ate carbs and that helped a bit. The thought of meat made me sick and salads/veggies made me really queasy. I stuck to bagels, rolls, mashed potatoes, waffles, etc. and was fine. I tried preggie pop drops and they helped sometimes. By 10 weeks the nausea subsided. I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow and I very rarely feel nauseous now.
Basically my advice to you is keep trying different things and see what works for you.

When I get queasy I'll stick to carbs, bagels are great, crackers... really anything dry. I also really like animal crackers! As far as beverages go, ginger ale now just reminds me of feeling sick so I'll have a root beer. The carbonation helps me. I just stay away from Barq's since that has caffeine.

Re: what helps you with the queasy feeling?
I always found it helped if I didn't let myself get famished. I would snack throughout the day.

Re: what helps you with the queasy feeling?
Nothing made me feel 100% better, but salt helped. in the form of crackers, pretzels even sometimes straight from the packet! I would drink warm ginger ale, suck on preggie pops, sour patch kids /watermelon candy. To be honest now that I think about it, the sour patch kids or sour watermelon was a great help!
good luck , and remember it gets better!!

Re: what helps you with the queasy feeling?
12 weeks and still nauseous! Nothing really helps for me...I tried everything. I find that I am more nauseous if I don't eat something for a long time so I eat little things throughout the day like crackers, pretzels, and rice cakes.

what helps you with the queasy feeling?
carbs and sucking candy, I bought jolly ranchers and it helped. Hang in there, the first trimester can be rough.
