Today I realized..
that since i started my postpartum weight loss journey i am down 15.5 lbs! I have 15 more to go to get back down to 105 (i'm only 5 feet tall).
I'm sticking with weght watchers, but i'm doing it with very low carbs and not eating after 6pm. I lost 3lbs just in one week doing this. I'm sure it won't be as much next week, but i like my new low carb lifefstyle.
Finally a positive post from me!
