Looking for suggestions for baptism party venue
We are looking to have a party for our son's baptism on a Sunday afternoon in early October. We are on the Queens/Nassau border so would like to stay in Western Nassau (New Hyde Park, Mineola, Garden City area).
Does anyone have suggestions for a venue that can accomodate 100 guests? If you know pricing information, that would be very helpful too.
Thanks!

We had our DD's baptism there. I don't know that they can accomodate 100 ppl. We had 50 in the back room and it was pretty tight - i think that's the max for the back room. I'd check about the main dining area.
Prices were very reasonable and food was excellent and plentiful.

Re: Looking for suggestions for baptism party venue
My bridal shower was at Jonathans. Food was good, but the size of the space was not. We were crammed into this sectioned off room on the left and the seating was these long bench seats, so everyone had to get up if one person needed to.
Uncle Bacalas is unfortunately too small, but their food is also good.
I ended up contacting Stewart Manor Country Club and they cater at the Garden City Casino. Great space and they were willing to negotiate on price.
Thanks for the suggestions, ladies!

The back room at Jonathan's holds a lot and has round tables with chairs not bench seats.
