Cabbage soup diet
Anyone try this? We are leaving for Florida on Monday and I refuse to diet on vacation. But then my SIL wedding is 10 days after we get home and I know I'm going to have to do some detox from alcohol and crappy eating. I'm thinking of doing the cabbage soup diet to take off those extra vacation pounds. It looks easy enough, if not a little boring.

Re: Cabbage soup diet
I did this a while back. It works. It's safe. Just don't do it for more than seven days. Lost 10 pounds in a week. You can keep it off if you eat healthy after you complete the diet it.

Re: Cabbage soup diet
This may sound like a stupid question, but what if I do t want o lose the full 10lbs? It's not that I don't want to, it would certainly be nice , but I've already had my dress altered and I don't want to be pulling it up all night either. If I lose say 4-5lbs in the first 4 days, can I just stop the diet but continue to eat healthy and keep the weight off? Or do I need to do it the full week to get results? And another question, how do you feel when doing it? Did you get dizzy or tired? I would like to continue going to the gym, but I also don't want to feel like I'm going to pass out. Or worse, actually pass out during a class.

Re: Cabbage soup diet
I started seeing result on the 4th day. The first day I got a migrane headache but then was fine after that. Everytime I was hungry, I would drink some soup or eat veggies or fruits depending on the day. I felt like I was eating the whole time. I did not go to the gym because I felt it would be too much on my body. I kept off the weight until of course I got pregnant.

Re: Cabbage soup diet
I just started this today to see if I can counteract the training weight gain. Hoping to lose 10 lbs then go straight back into WW! Good luck!
