Huge milestone!!!
The nurse called yesterday and said I am done with PIO. This is the happiest I have ever been....no seriously....now I can start to relax and enjoy this a little more.
Just in case anyone wanted this info....
I did ice before the shot and then a massage with heating pad afterwards and I never had a problem. I never did it differently so I don't know for sure if that's why I had luck but I just thought I would share in case anyone needed the advice.
