Baby A is still breech-Can I move her?
It has been about a month and baby A is still breech. B is vertex.. but its a definiteyl c section if Baby a is breech. Im 30 weeks today... I know its still possible but I asked if there's anything we can do to turn her and the Dr said, there's no room to turn a baby the way they do with singletons.. anyone have experience with this? Should I bother with Accupuncture? Anything else I can try... I really do not want a csection, but I know Im not calling the shots anymore.

Re: Baby A is still breech-Can I move her?
obviously, I can't vouch for any of these but I'd recently read this. Of course, I'd check before trying any inversions etc http://suite101.com/article/turning-a-breech-baby-a7421
I'm going on Wed if you think of any more specifics you want me to ask about.
I also got HypnoBabies: birthing your twins naturally which has hypnotic suggestions for it.
I haven't done it that much. They've been in different positions each time they check but for some reason, I'm not stressing about it, unlike everything else! Lol
what was that you posted about an external version...is that for twin b only?

not sure what external version is.. but they said it doesnt matter what position baby B is.. as long as Baby A is head down, I can deliver vaginally. Im so bummed about it since she hasnt moved in weeks....
I dont have any more questions... I give him a list every time I go in lol
Did youc hose a pediatrician yet? They gave me a date if I don't go naturally. 10/10

Re: Baby A is still breech-Can I move her?
10/10 omg! That makes it feel so real. I had asked Dr W if they'd give me a cutoff and he was so nonchalant about it - saying he would just ask for my input. (?)
When would they actually book the C?
Oh right, I said ext version, I meant breech extraction. I think ext version is when they turn baby from the outside.
I have a ped recommendation in Franklin Sq, just put on the to-do list to call for an interview.
Aaah, we're getting close!
My 5 y.o. Nephew asked yesterday if my belly was going to explode!

I feel like baby b has more room to move than baby a.
????
I'll think good head down vibes for you!

what makes you say more room for baby a? I thgouth it just depended on the pregnancy/person. Dr W scheduled the date... going back to discuss it more with Dr H because he's my primary. They are booking it at LIJ for me. Yes, it makes it VERY real!!

Re: Baby A is still breech-Can I move her?
Yeah, based on how I feel they're positioned in my belly and how I feel them move.
I feel like A is a bit squished at the bottom. and B has full reign of the middle/bigger area.
Of course, I could be picturing it incorrectly!
Do you have a sense of how they're spaced?
And yes, I'm looking forward to Dr H returning too!

Re: Baby A is still breech-Can I move her?
Im only 27 but mine keep moving. B just went head down on thurs. A has always been. My dr wont even try vaginal b/c he said even if both are head down B often flips when A exits since there is all this newfound space in there. B is my mover so I can totally see her doing that.

If take my twins to a pediatric chiropractor on here - Dr Glassman from Dream Wellness... there are pregnant ladies in there and I am 99% sure I read some testimonials that he helped with a breech baby repositioning.... worth an inquiry I think!

I live in Little Neck... but I can travel.
Question tho... b/c ive never been to a chiropractor... i was always under the impression that once I start going for adjustments, Ill have to go forever.. is that true? If not, Id do it!!

Re: Baby A is still breech-Can I move her?
I tried every old wives tale in the book to get my twins to turn (light/sound stimulation, laying down on an ironing board with my feet in the air etc) and then a chiropractor with no luck. But it is all definitely worth a try !

Of course not! I've only been once and felt so go afterward that I wanted to live there Maybe that's what they meant?
I go to Dr. Larain Valenti in Bethpage. She was very highly recommended and specializes in pg women. She's also certified in the Webster technique, which is known to get the baby into a better position for birth.
