Ebf and going back to work
My DD is 2 months old and has been ebf since birth. I hate pumping so this time around( I have an older DS) I only pumped a bottle twice. Every time she is offered a bottle, she refuses it. Ebf has been going so well this time around, but unfortunately I have to go back to work in 6 weeks and have to give her bottles. Any advice on what I should do to get her to take the bottle. Yesterday my Mom watched her for a few hours and chose to skip a feeding instead of take a bottle. This is starting to worry me. Thanks.

Ebf and going back to work
DD was around 2 months when I started trying to get her to take a bottle. The avent ones were a no go but she took to the Tommee Tippee without a problem. I honestly just walked around BRU looking for what looked most like me!

Re: Ebf and going back to work
Ds hated the Medela bottles. Tommee Tippee worked best for us.

Ebf and going back to work
I tried all different kinds of bottles. DS didn't like any of them. Before I went back to work, he would either scream when offered a bottle or kind of play with it. At daycare, it took him a few days (and I would go to his daycare and nurse him 1xday), but he eventually got the hang of it. Pediatrician told me not to worry, even if he didn't eat all day, he would make up for it at night.
