2?-bad OPT and regular cycle after chem preg

last month i had a chemical pregnancy.normally i ovulate around day 12-14. i've been using the ovulation prediction sticks and am on day 13 and the lines are still very faint. normally they woudl be getting darker by now. if you have a chemical pregnancy do you not have a normal cycle the followign month or are my tests not bad. i've used them in the past and recently for a few months and have never had a problem but threre seem to be a lot of people saying they get bad batches. how do you know its a bad batch?

I've never had a chemical but wanted to answer. I always thought I 'knew' my cycle until I started temping. I was convinced that I ovulated earlier in my cycle.

Well I came to find out that I have a 15day LP and I ovulate between CD12-19. You may just have a longer cycle this time around.

Not sure if this is helpful but day 12-13 could still be too early to ovulate. Keep testing.

You could just be having a longer cycle. You body is probably just trying to regulate itself again. Keep using the sticks.

I had a chemical my first month trying. The following cycle just happened to be normal but my dr told me to wait a cycle to start trying for your body to regulate and so you can know your cycle again. Just keep testing with the sticks. Eventually you should get darker lines...it might just be off by a few days.
