Baby's daily log sheet

Does anyone use a daily log sheet to keep track of your twins' feedings, sleep schedule, diaper changes, etc? If so, what do you use and where did you find it? TIA Chat Icon

Re: Baby's daily log sheet

I just created an excel spreadsheet with 3 tabs
-feeding time and amounts (also includes vitamins and bath time
-diaper change and contents
-pump time and amounts

Its not famcy but has been so useful for counting wet/dirty diapers, tracking my supply and seeing trends in their eating.

Re: Baby's daily log sheet

I used one that I found online. For the life of me I cant find it at the moment.
I used and still use an app on my phone to keep track of pumping and their weights etc. There are many apps that keep track of everything, however of us scribbling on a piece of paper was easier when they were very little.

Baby's daily log sheet

When they were newborns we had a pad on the refrigerator and just kept track on that. After about 3-4 months we stopped because the schedule stayed the same.

Re: Baby's daily log sheet

I used one for maybe 2 days. It was just a new mom workbook that my coworkers got for me from the Hallmark store. It was similar to this: http://www.amazon.com/Babys-Sleep-Poop-Journal-Book/dp/0976779803/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1349180094&sr=8-1&keywords=feeding+schedule++for+twins.

Then I just didnt have time to do it.

I got the kids different colored bottles to mentally keep track of how much they were eating.

We had a notebook that we kept out on the tv stand to keep track of how much they were eating. There were times I was so exhausted I couldn't remember how to use a pen to write down how many mLs Chat Icon

A Nurse's tip - A great idea is to ask your nurse at the hospital for a blank copy of the one you use in the hospital. When you get home, make copies of it and keep it in a folder.

This is what I did. They sent me home with plenty of extras anyway. When we ran low I made copies. I preferred using the hospital one since I was comfortable using that one from the start.

I used a notebook. It had who ate what and at what time and also had the medication that was taken.
