What are some of your favorite skinny taste recipes?
Since I'm still home on maternity leave I want to make some yummy and healthy/low fat recipes. I know many people swear by her recipes so share your favorites!

What are some of your favorite skinny taste recipes?
My absolute favorite are the greek turkey meatballs and tzaziki. I also really like the dijon pork chops and the coconut curry shrimp. I know a lot of people love the riceball casserole but it wasn't my favorite.

Jalapeño popper chicken
Sante fe chicken for the slow cooker
Stuffed peppers - though I double the garlic, onion tomato sauce and spices and use evoo instead of cooking spray. It was so bland when I followed the recipe exactly.

- Coconut Curry Butternut Squash Soup
- Chicken Francese
- Summer Vegetables with Sausage & Potatoes
- Pumpkin Butter
- Pumpkin Bread with Pepitas

Peruvian Roasted Chicken with Aji Sauce!!!
OMG - this recipe is amazing. If you've ever had chicken from Pio Pio in Queens, this is a close duplicate.

Frozen Fruit Pops
Skinny Scalloped Potato Gratin
Grilled Flank Steak With Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Balsamic
Summer Vegetables with Sausage and Potatoes (I use turkey keilbasa instead of sausage, soo delish)
