A family member needs help finding an apartment in LI for max 1200..suffolk county preferred. can someone point me to real estate agents or listings that can help?
Edit: they (mother daughter, older) would also consider condo or coop.
Thanks!

Re: LI Apartments
They can check Craigslist. They can search by the amount they want to spend and see what shows up.

Re: LI Apartments
tell them to look into coop or condo rentals. They are typically cheaper than a complex, although if 1200 is the max, they are priced out of most complexes. Our 1 bedroom coop rental in N. Babylon was 1200 plus electric.

Re: LI Apartments
For rent that cheap it will likely have to be in someone's home or out east. I dont know what Pine Hills rates are going for now--a-days. Try craigs list. Im assuming they are looking for 1 BR or studio, right?
