Best Place to View NYC Thanksgiving Parade?
looking to go in for the Parade this year...thought i'd try here and see if anyone has any really good spots to go, that you could possibly take a folding chair to and see the parade entirely from a chair. Thanks :)

Best Place to View NYC Thanksgiving Parade?
You have to get there about 5am to get anywhere you could see anything. Best location is near Macy's because that's where they do the performances (I think). I will stay home and etch from my couch ;)

We went by the Hard Rock Cafe & could see the floats. I definitely recommend getting there early. I think I went at 6:30am the year we went & saved some spots (I'm up anyway).

LOL...that was my answer too.
We went the night before a few years ago and watched them blow up all of the floats. That was a lot of fun.

Best Place to View NYC Thanksgiving Parade?
I went the night before to watch all the balloons get inflated. It was awesome and gave me no reason to have to go to the actual parad lol! I watched it from my comfy warm couch!
