Baking questions

I am having a Halloween party this Saturday and I am wondering how far in advance can I make cupcakes, chocolate covered pretzels, strawberries and marshmallows?

I would love to start today or tomorrow if possible. I work full-time and have a late meeting Friday. I have my niece's 1st birthday party Saturday afternoon, so I am really pressed for time come closer to the weekend.

You can make cupcakes as soon as possible and freeze them and take them out a day before and frost. They keep well as long as you wrap them tightly.

For chocolate covered pretzels, I would say about 3 days before just so they don't go stale. You should also wrap these tightly in an airtight container so that too much air doesn't get to them and make them stale.

I would try to make strawberries and marshmallows as close to Saturday as possible.
