Other than breaded, how do you make your pork chops?

Re: pork chops?
I like to brown them a little bit on the stove top with salt and pepper. Then I put them in a baking dish and put chopped green bell peppers, garlic, chopped pepperoncini with some of the juice from the jar that the pepperoncinis were in on top of the pork chops. I add a little chicken stock and then bake it for 20 mins on 350 and they are delicious! I have to warn you they are spicy, but if you love spicy then you should try it!

Re: pork chops?
I just did this the other night with bonless pork chops- it's super quick and tasty:
Soy sauce and wisk in honey. Add chopped garlic and either fresh or canned pineapple chunks. Works best if you can marinate overnight.
baked @375 for 45minutes. Served with saurkraut, baked potato and asparagus. Yum!

Re: pork chops?
my mom's recipe is one of my favorites:
brown the pork chops in a skillet, remove
brown spanish rice (i use rice-a-roni spanish rice) according to package. add rice seasoning & a can of stewed tomatoes; add remaining water, stir. Add the brown chops & cover. Cook until rice is complete & porkchops cooked through, stir ocassionally.

I made pork chops the other night with a caramelized pear and onion topping with balsamic reduction. DH was seriously impressed.

pork chops?
Rachel Ray had a recipe with black cherry jam... that was good.
Couldn't find the recipe but this one looks good:
