Parsley
Can you still eat fresh parsley (a few days after buying from the store) if the leaves are turning yellow??

I wouldn't eat any herb fresh that looked borderline. Cooked in something is a different story.

If it's just TURNING yellow, it's likely okay.. just overly mature. Taste it. I've used parsley that had lime-ish green or yellow at the tips in a pinch.
The only time I DEFINITELY toss herbs is if I taste them and they don't taste good. Normally they won't taste BAD.. they just will taste less like what they SHOULD taste like.. KWIM? Or if they get mushy or slimy in anyway.. that's ng.
