Chemical Pregnancy
I went to the ER on Tuesday and ended up having a chemical pregnancy. They told me my HCG was at 7 and I was bleeding quite a bit. I was only 4 weeks and 2 days, so it was definitely early. I have been charting the last 3 months (right after i stopped birth control) and my first cycle off of bc pills my luteal phase was just 7 days, 2nd month was 10 days and this month up until the bleeding started I guess would have been 11 day luteal phase even though it was a chemical pregnancy. I am worried because my luteal phase doesnt seem long enough. Anyone have any advice? I am scared to try and conceive again. I am thinking of taking the vitamin b6 and b12 with my prenatals once i figure out a correct dosage. Im pretty bummed out over all of this.

Chemical Pregnancy
I'm sorry for your loss. It's emotionally difficult no matter how early it is. If you're concerned about a short LP I would suggest talking to your doctor about it. I have read things that say talk to your doctor after you have been trying for 6-12 months (depending on your age), but I think if there is something concerning you, then don't wait. Best wishes!

Chemical Pregnancy
about the chemical. unfortunately they are pretty common. there are about 70000 reasons for them. since you have a baby so you know you can maintain a pregnancy, unless you have chemicals recurrently im not sure it is worth even going through the motions of figuring out why.
you cant count your LP this cycle as 11 days if you had a chemical because the partial implantation and HCG would lengthen the time of not getting AF.
since your 7 day LP was right after coming off BCP i wouldn't really worry about that cycle. anything 10+ days is normal so i also wouldn't really freak out about that either. vitamins can definitely help just make sure to talk to your doctor about it. good luck !
