Radon
We had the radon levels tested in the house we are looking to buy and the levels are high 7.4. Does anyone have experience with this?

Yes, I've had radon levels at 13.9. I had a radon mitigation system installed about a year ago. Unfortunately, I live in PA (moved here 8 years ago) so I can't give you a recommendation on installers. It cost me about $900. Your home inspector be be able to recommend someone to put a system in, or the seller should do it before you buy.
