I was so touched by his story and his pictures I just donated on the Humane Society of Missouri's website - I'll be praying for him as well

I can't even bring myself to read the whole story. The title alone makes me sick to my stomach  Were the people caught??

No. But something is strange with this story. Here is some information from the Humane Society article:
Upon arrival, the investigator found the driver of the truck distraught by the situation. He stated that he did not know the animal or how it became tied to the back of his vehicle. He was alerted to the incident by another driver who called the police, and signaled him that something was wrong. He pulled over and discovered the dog.
They are offering a $5000 reward. They need to raise that!
This story reminds me of the pitbull puppy that was thrown from a car here on Long Island. They still haven't found the animal who did that either

absolutely disgusting. I cant read this article but the title says enough. If they find the pos that did this, let them tie them from the feet and drag them just the same. ***** animals

I feel really bad for the truck driver, too. I would be absolutely heart broken if I had inadvertently hurt a dog like that.
People are disgusting.
