Kindle Fire vs. Nook version
I want to get one for both my dad and my FIL. Both are computer challenged and that's putting it lightly. My dad will read and check email, my FIL will play solitaire, read, check mail, maybe news.
I'm not familiar with either one, so looki f for input for both. Pros and cons
Thanks!

IMO, for people who aren't so tech savvy, the Nook is a better choice since they can go to any Barnes & Noble to get help with any questions, and the bigger stores offer Nook classes.

I have a Nook Tablet and I LOVE it. I think it's so much nicer than the Kindle Fire. It feels more sturdy in your hands and the screen quality is better.

I've used both and the Kindle fire wins hands down, IMO. Much easier to read on and the screen is much clearer.
