Classroom and Individual Behavior Management Plans

What are some different ideas/ plan you use in your room? I am looking for some new ideas.

Right now I use schedules, rules based token systems, and catch you being good token systems.

I use a lot of visuals in my room.

For the rules based systems the students have 4 specific rules. When a timer goes off we go over what rules they followed. We reset the timer 3 more times. The number of rules they have followed in the amount of free time minutes they receive.

I have some very aggressive ED students so I'm looking or some new ideas.

I have a bean jar for the class. Half way gets a movie, all the way gets an ice cream party

Then i have table points. When we change seats, the wining table gets a stationery set.

Then i have secret student. I pick a name. At the end odd the day, they get a sticker and earn the table points.

Each student gets3 sticks for the week. If they lose all3, they get a note or phone call home. If they don't lose any, they get a punch ontheir earn and return card. 10 punches earns a homework press.

Its a lot but it helps. I also do secret wallet for walking in the hallways. This gets a sticker.
