Reproductive Medicine Associates NY or Cornell Center
I went to see my endo today (who was handling my infertility issues) and she would like me to start seeing a RE. I work about 1.5-2 hours away from work now so I want to go to a doctor near my job. Anyone have any experiences with these two practices and can give me an info?
Thanks

I'm pregnant now b/c of the drs at RMA NY. I loved everyone there and felt they really knew what they were doing. I'd highly recommend them to you. Dr. Grunfeld was my primary dr (LOVED him) but you will see all of the drs for monitoring.

I am very happy there as well.

Re: Reproductive Medicine Associates NY or Cornell Center
I went to both. Have not had any success but that is starting to seem like its not their fault. Both are big. My RE at RMA-NY was Dr. Copperman. I really like him. But, I monitored in Garden City and I loved that office. I moved onto Cornell after 3 failed IUI's and 2 failed IVF's. Just cause they didn't have anything new to offer me and Cornell had Co-culture. Which did make my embryos look so much better but there is clearly an issue with my uterus that no one can figure out why. I saw Davis at Cornell (still consult with him). But, again I monitor mostly in Garden City. And I loved them there too. And now I'm with Dr. B. And he can't get me pregnant either. And i love his office too...LOL... I also started at RSofNY and I loved the office in Stony Brook but my RE at the time was San Roman who I liked but I always saw Dr. Cain and I hated her. Did 3 IUI's with them with Clomid. And when I looked at stats for my age they were not good so that is when I moved on to RMA. Probably RMA takes your insurance, where Cornell could be iffy. They take Oxford through the clinic, even though Davis did not. So, if I consulted direct with Davis I had to pay but while cycling all went through insurance because they bill from the clinic. Even if Davis did my morning monitoring.
Good luck!!! I say meet with an RE from both (because you wont be able to switch later) and see what they have to say. And go with whomever you feel comfortable with.

Dr. Isaac Kligman was in Cornell/NYP I believe. He's amazing. Saved my ovaries! I'm not sure if he's still there.

Re: Reproductive Medicine Associates NY or Cornell Center
I saw Dr. Spandorfer at Cornell. 1 fresh IVF and 1 FET both successful.
I loved the NYC office, they were awesome. Referred several friends, all were successful.
Good luck!
