Re: Shower locations in queens
Metropolitan Ave- Alpina Chalet or Alberto's. Danny Brown's on Metro is amazing but it's pretty small (probably holds 30 people max for a party). The dining room at Dee's on Metro is really nice, I wonder if they do private parties? It's definitely a big place...

Re: Shower locations in queens
if you want to venture into Howard Beach, the food is great at Saffron (next to Prima Pasta), it's probably where I'll have my shower. Otherwise there's Vetro (next to Russo's on the Bay, but it's pricey!!), and Roma View.

Agreed tu casa is the best but they would have to close down the whole resturant for us...plus I've been avoiding them cuz I love their sangria and it makes me sad to be there and not order it lol!

Do you know how many people they hold in there? I am stealing these suggestions for places for after the christening.

Pio Pio has a private room downstairs.
I agree about the sangria - it is torture to go and not drink it!

It's a resturant and I've never seen a private party I have had large dinners there but I don't know if they ever close the resturant for parties

Yea I've been there for dinner before and a close friend had her rehearsal dinner there for like 30 people. Just not sure how many more people it can hold because I know it's not a huge space.
