Shower locations in Northeast Queens
Please recommend restaurants in the Bayside, Little Neck, Douglaston area that would have or could provide a shower for about 30 people under $20pp including gratuities. Sit down or buffet is fine. TIA.
ETA- I know of Giardinos.

Giardino's was all I had 
My SIL's baby shower and my nieces 1st Birthday party was there. Love this place!

veridi's and il fagiano are in whitestone, but good... and just a town away from bayside

i had mine at Caffe on the Green in Whitestone. I don't know the price, but i think it might have been closer to $35.

Luigis -it is on Union Turnpike in the Bellerose/Glen Oaks/ New Hyde Park Area. We had a few work parties there and it is very nice. My school is in Little Neck and this is only 5-10 minutes away.

I'm planning our DS's christening in the area you're looking at. I think you're going to be hard-pressed to find a package for that price. I've seen under $30, but not under $20.
Here are some places I considered/would consider...
Donovan's ~Bayside
Monahan & Fitzgerald ~Bayside
Gino's Trattoria ~Bayside
Vesuvio ~Whitestone
La Grotta ~Little Neck
Papazzio ~Bayside
Primo Amore ~Bayside
Also, Caffe on the Green is now Valentino's on the Green and it is open. I've heard it's good, but I bet it's pretty pricey...

Im the maid of honor for the wedding. There are two other women in the bridal party. The bride's mother wants to make the shower, but I don't like to spend other people's money KWIM? I think the BP will be doing the planning for the most part regardless. We are all kind of strapped financially now, but we want to make this a very special day for a very special person. She waited a long time for this and I don't want it to be schlocky (Yiddish for "cheap-looking").

I second the recommendation for Luigi's. We've had several work events there. They have a back room and we told them we were on a budget and they made it happen. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.

I had my bridal shower at Laterna restaurant on Bell . Food was delicious and it was reasonably priced from what I recall...

Yea, I heard it's gross. it's run by the people who ran Bombay palace (used to be in manhasset on Northern Blvd.).
Cafe on the Green owners bought the Whitehouse in Whitestone...they haven't taken over yet as far as i know

We couldn't find anything really reasonably priced in Queens when we were looking for my baby shower so we're having the shower at Crabtrees in Floral Park on Jericho and I think it's around $25 per person for brunch buffet and champagne punch/sodas/coffee and tea. You should check them out!

Of the places names the only one that MIGHT be under 20pp is Monahans. The rest are all $35 and up (I live in the area and looked for my SIL's shower)

I've been to a bridal shower at Luigi's & the room in the back is really cute. I was also going to recommend Crabtree's & Bob's Place on Jericho. They both have nice little party rooms.
