Food Journal
Just wondering if anyone writes in a Food Journal...just what you eat during the day...not calories.
If so, is it successful?
I lost 20 pounds before the holidays.
Finding it hard to get back on track...
Thought a food journal might help...

I do, since restarting WW. I think it helps. It definitely helps me be more mindful of what of eat, and how much. I make better choices if I know I have to write it down. And I eat a more well-rounded diet when I track my food...If I am light on veggies for the day, I will have some with dinner, that type of thing.

I want to do what you said...be more mindful of what I eat and how much...
It is not so much about the calories
I think that I will make better choices.
