Breakfast: 4 small whole wheat pumpkin pancakes with light syrup
Snack: Spirulina shake made with mixed berries, milk & vanilla spirunlina
Lunch: Greek salad
Snack: 4 pretzels dipped in peanut butter
Dinner: Taco salad (lettuce, avocado, turkey chop, refried beans, salsa, sour cream & shredded cheese)

wow 3 bananas! doest that hurt your stomach?? nope. Why, do people have trouble with them? I have a pretty strong stomach. Nothing ever seems to bother it. I find bananas so filling and give me lots of energy.

Well I didn't add dinner because whenever I went to edit post, the site failed. Goal this week is tons of fresh fruits and veggies to kick start committing to eating clean. Some foods take longer to digest so you feel full longer. Lots of water, too. I put weight on recently and feeling the effects. No excuses for me anymore !

Breakfast: 1/2 cup kashi go lean cereal, 1 banana
Mid morning snack: banana and greek yogurt
Lunch: 1/2 cup bulgur, 1/4 cup barley and 3oz grilled chicken
Afternoon snack: WW string cheese and baby carrots
Dinner:4oz grilled chicken, 2tsp of tzatiki sauce, whole wheat flatbread and a salad

11/29 Day 1 of the 17 day diet
Breakfast: 4 egg whites a pear and green tea.
Lunch: Salad with 8oz tuna, olive oil and balsamic. (couldn't finish) Green tea.
Snack: Plain yogurt with a tablespoon of sugar free jam and an apple.
Dinner: 8oz flounder and half a plate of asparagus. (couldn't finish) Green tea.
Down 6lbs of water weight in one day!!!

Lunch salad with grill chicken, chick peas, cucumbers, carrots, red beans, ff balsamic
snack 4 saltines orange
dinner spaghetti squash with 2 turkey meatballs
Snack small red mango LOL

1/2 cup egg whites coffee with skim no sugar
15 almonds
3 oz. low sodium chicken 3 oz. grape tomatoes 2 tbsp. hummus 2 stalks celery 1 low fat string cheese 1 orange
vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 brown rice cake
5 oz chicken cutlet baked and lightly breaded with olive oil and lemon juice 1 cup roasted eggplant with balsamic vinegar 2 cups steamed spinach
2 dark chocolate dove promises :)

Lunch: ham & turkey roll up with lettuce and cucumber salad
Snack: apple with peanut butter
Dinner: turkey burger with cheese on whole wheat bun. Small salad & sweet potato fries.

Snack: Plain yogurt with sugar free jam and an apple.
Dinner: 8 oz sesame coated salmon with an artichoke and green tea.
Down another pound today!!

Breakfast: 2 eggs and a pear with green tea.
Lunch: Annie Chung's Miso Soup and 3oz tuna.
Snack: Plain yogurt with sugar free jam and an apple.
Dinner: Fake turkey roast and spinach with green tea.
Down .5lbs!
