Can mommy brain come early?

I have been having hormonal mood swings all day, just had some forgetful moments and the I wrote my sisters birthday card out wrong! Argh-pregnancy hormones!

While I was pregnant I think I read about how we lose a ton of brain cells during pregnancy, so yes, I think it is pretty normal to feel that way! Chat Icon

And yes it only gets worse after you give birth! Chat Icon

Can mommy brain come early?

Yeah, pregnancy brain can come early, at least for me it did. I started to notice it around 8 weeks and it just progressively gets worse. I remember my first big forgetfulness action. I was getting ready to leave the apt and run some errands but decided to put a load in the washing machine before I left. I put the clothes in, the detergent, the fabric softener and left. I had to text DH about 2 hours later when I remembered I forgot to turn the machine on!!!!
