Menu okay??
I'm just having another couple over and maybe one more friend but they are very informal. It's a Friday night and I have to work that day. I'm thinking any of the following:
Chips and salsa maybe guac
Cheese and crackers/pepperoni
Cherry tomato/basil/fresh mozzarella skewers
Chili with bread OR Crockpot ribs??
Nice green salad (maybe mixed green or spinach)

Sounds good but if they observe lent there is no meat on Fridays :)

I'm going to do BBQ crockpot ribs, salad, bread.
Apps:
chips with baked spinach artichoke dip
shrimp cocktail
tom/mozz/basil on toothpicks
Hope that's enough and okay for 5 people!
