It depends. If it is our 15 month old, I go in, because when he wakes up during the night (which isn't often), he wants to nurse. If it is our 3yo, we share. It depends who has the harder day the next day, or who went in last time, etc.

Our DD is only 3-months-old, if she wakes up and is due for a feeding I go (EBF), if she is well-fed and just being fussy, DH goes.

I am a light sleeper, so I always hear them first, and I get up because I am a SAHM and DH usually works at 4:30am - but if DS is getting out of bed too much, DH will get up and lay down the law 
When we both worked, we took turns.

My DH. He can survive on much less sleep than I can AND he can fall back to sleep no problem.

when your child wakes up in the middle of the night..
When I was on maternity leave I always woke up but now that I'm working again DH wakes up but only because he goes to sleep at 9 so when the baby wakes up he takes care of him. On the weekends we alternate on who wakes up in the middle of the night.

If the baby wakes up, I deal with him because I'm EBFing. If DS1 wakes up (usually to go to the bathroom), DH deals with him.

Dh usually does because he gets to sleep in and I wake up at 6:30am...but sometimes I get up too

50/50
I WAH PT and it's 50/50, just like when I was a FTWM.
Unless it's DD1, our 5 year old, she will almost always whine until I come.
I will say since they are all over 1, we try really hard to ignore all of them when they wake up in the middle of the night and will only get up when absolutely necessary

Mostly me...but partly my fault because I am a control freak.  I am also a light sleeper and probably wouldn't go back to sleep until DH came back to bed.
When they are sick and wake up more often we split it.

sometimes him sometimes me...if he gets up and comes in our room then my DH 99% of the time cause he sleeps on the side of the bed closest tothe door
