Braxton Hicks at 20 ?
I am 20 weeks today and started having what I think are Braxton hicks.
I called my midwife and they said it is normal as long as its not painful , associated width or spotting or more than every hour. Mine are one an hour and painless.no spotting.... Has anyone had these this early on???

Braxton Hicks at 20 ?
I dont think mine started that early, but definitely had them in my 20's ...went into preterm labor at 28...are you sure they are BH?

I have had a couple of belly tightenings in the past few days... I noticed when I drank more water and rested a little bit it seemed to go away. Are you drinking enough?
