*****Official WW Meal Plan**********

I joined 3 weeks ago and I think we should have an official meal plan board so we can get ideas on how to eat. You can also add the points so everyone can follow.

Breakfast:
1 hard boiled egg (2 pts)
1 slice turkey bacon (1 pt)
1 slice reduced calorie bread (1 pt)
1 small orange (0 pt)

Total: 4 pts

Snack:
Low fat yogurt (2 pts)

Lunch:
1 small baked sweet potato (3 pts)
1 cup spinach (0 pt)
3 oz grilled chicken (3 pts)

Total: 6 pts

I love this idea! I just joined WW on Sunday. Here is my plan for today:

Breakfast:
Organic cinnamon and spice oatmeal from TJ's (4 pts)

Snack: Banana (free)

Lunch:
Salad: Romaine, tomatoes, grilled chicken strips from tj's, fat free balsamic dressing

Total: 5 pts

Snack: Orange (free)

Dinner:

2 servings of Herb Dijon Salmon from tj's ( 8 pts)
Medium Sweet potato (3 pts)
Cup of Brown rice (5 pts)

I have a pt left over

I will share my last 2 days menus (because today I am not 100% set yet!). I am trying to stick to my daily points (26) because I had a family party on Sat. and used all 49 weeklies (and then some!).

Breakfast:

Jimmy dean D-Lite Turkey Sausage Egg White Croissant Sandwich (8 pts)

Orange (0 pts)

Coffee with fat free half and half/splenda (1 pt)

Lunch:

2 c. Hot and Sour Soup with Mushrooms (leftover Chinese) (5 pts)

Afternoon Snack:

Cottage Cheese Double, Apple Cinnamon flavor (3 pts)

Banana (0 pts)

Dinner:

4 Sea Scallops and 1/2 c. of Cauliflower and Potato Puree (7 pts)

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic, 1 Tsp Olive Oil (1 pt)

Dessert:

Fresh Strawberries with 1/4 c. Reddi Whip (1 pt)

Green tea (0 pts)

Breakfast:

Baked Oatmeal with Bananas and Blueberries (Skinnytaste) (6 pts)

Coffee with ff half and half and splenda (1 pt)

Lunch:

WW whole wheat wrap (2 pts) with 1.5 TB natural peanut butter (4 pts) and banana (0 pts)

Yoplait Key Lime Greek Yogurt (2 pts)

Dinner:

Skinnytaste Cheeseburger Casserole (8 pts)

1.5 c. steamed green beans with 1 tsp. olive oil (1 pt)

Dessert:

Green tea (0 pts)

Lemon Mousse WW mini bar (2 pts)

Every day I usually have the same breakfast and lunches

I either have:
Breakfast:
Egg White Omlet with low fat shredded mexican cheese (3)
Grapefruit sprinkled with stevia or Grapes (0)
One piece of WW rye toast with a tiny bit of Jam (1) (this is not every day. Just if I need it that day)

Lunch:
Swanson canned chicken (2 points for 1 can)
1 tsp of LOW FAT Helmann's mayo (not the light.. low fat) (0)
1/4 avocado (2)- mashed into the chicken salad
baby carrots- 0
WW chedder twists- 3

OR

Lunch: 6 points for the wrap)
trader joes Whole wheat high fiber wrap (1)
6 slices turkey (pre-packaged stuff)
1 oz alpine lace swiss (2) if you get it sliced really thin you can get two slices in one ounce.
1/4 avocado (2)
some ww snack 2-3 points
Fruit(0)

Snacks: usually a ww chocolate bar because I crave chocolate big time

Dinner: I always pick my meals for the whole week from Skinny taste.com Everything on there is GOOOOOOD and my family eats everything. They are all about 10 points or less... some as low as 4. And my family eats so healthy from there but, the stuff doesn't take like "healthy", Kwim?

I actually made it because I read your post about it... It was good! Most of the dinners I make aren't so kid- friendly, but this is a great, inexpensive family dinner?

I live off her website. Tonight I made beef barley soup. SO SO good.

Breakfast: 1/2 cup liquid egg white omlett, mushrooms,onions & peppers cooked with spray butter - 2 pts.

Snack: Light WW yogurt - 2 pts

Lunch: Salad w/peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, 4oz grilled chicken & Trader Joes light balsamic dressing - 5 pts

Dinner: Trader Joes Shrimp Stir Fry the whole bag w/ 2/3 cup brown rice - 8 pts

Snack: 6 mini pitas & cucumber dip - 5pts

Ill add a mini bar (key lime/chocolate) if I'm craving sweet
