How many pizzas should I order?
We are keeping this party simple and serving pizza and cake only.
25 kids 15 adults
Is 6 pies enough?
I was thinking 1 cheese, 4 pepperoni and 1 supreme.
I ALWAYS order too much and have like 3 pies leftover.
eta: I just placed the order. Of course I ended up changing it and ordering more. I will probably have food left over.
I got 2 sicilian pizza square pizzas (32 pieces total), 3 pepperoni and 1 cheese, a tray of chicken rolls and a tray of garlic knots.
I will get 6 pizzas for our My Gym party. 2 pizzas I will get cut into 16ths. They will be mostly 2 year olds.

How many pizzas should I order?
I would order 2 cheese pies instead of 1 just in case for the kids who don't like pepperoni

Re: How many pizzas should I order?
To me 6 seems like too little. HOw old are the kids? If each kid has 1 slice, that is 3 pies right there. My son is 1.5 and he eats a slice or more. That would give you 1 slice per adult with 6 pieces left over for anyone who wants seconds. I tend to over buy, but I know I eat two slices of pizza.

To me 40 people and figure atleast 2 slices per person that's 10 pies right there.
I also would get just as much regular as pepperoni
Just saw you changed your post to kids are 2, they wouldn't be eating 2 sloces each then. Count 1 slice per child and atleast 2 per adult.

How many pizzas should I order?
That's probably the right amount.
I'd get 2 cheese cut into 16ths (for the kids).
1 plain, 2 pepperoni, and 1 supreme for the adults.
ETA: Is this a kids party where the adults are mostly "bystanders"? If so, I think it's the right amount. If it's more of an everyone party, you may want to get at least 1 more pie.

Re: How many pizzas should I order?
6 is enough...your children are under 2 correct? ask to have the children's pies cut in 16ths. So 16 slices per pie for the children. That's almost 1 and a half pies per serving for the whole group of kids...so if they each get 2 servings...you'd need just over 3 pies (one slice more to be exact) 2 year olds eating full slices will waste most of it...but if given in half slices won't. you will have adults that won't eat so 2 pies should be fine for adults...so if you need 3+1 slice for the kids and 2 for the adults...get 1 extra pie just in case = 6
I host childrens birthday parties on the weekends...never ended up with not enough pizza

Re: How many pizzas should I order?
I just had about 20 kids and about 15 adults. We ordered 2 cheese pies cut in half slices, then 3 regular and 1 pepperoni for the adults. I also ordered a salad. We had salad and about 1 pie left over.

I would do all cheese. Most kids won't eat anything else. Adults either. That sounds like plenty. The kids pies I would cut into 16 slices.
