Positive Motivation Thread
Thought it would be a good idea to post motivational quotes, sayings, pics, etc for working out or just for life in general. Add your own so we can keep it going.
Something I read in Muscle & Fitness Hers:

Ellen Degeneres: You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is.
