Hi Ladies! I commute to the city everyday and come home to kids, hw, dinner etc. Im having a hard time finding time to workout. How do you balance it all?

when to work out?
Just wake up little early in the morning and give your morning time to the workout this is the best time for workout to feel fresh and energetic whole day.

Re: when to work out?
i get up 40 min earlier than i have to before work and/or use my lunch hour to go out on a run not ideal but when i get home and that is done it totally is worth it!

Re: when to work out?
My husband goes to the gym on his lunch break and then eats lunch at his desk after.

when to work out?
I work FT with an hour commute each way and have a 4 month old. It's hard!! I've been trying to wake up early to exercise at home but its so hard.

when to work out?
I work in the city as well and up until recently have had no time to get to the gym. By the time I get home and see DS and do what I have to do for the next day it's almost 10 pm.
Mornings are out for me because DH leaves before 6:00 am on most days. I don't exercise on the weekends because its my time with DS. I'm not wasting it at the gym.
I'm not sure where you are in the city but I recently joined Bliss gyms. They are owned by Equinox and cost $20/month. They opened one across the street from my office in Midtown. There are no classes - just cardio machines.
I go at lunch or I try to get in early so I can get out earlier and go before I get on my bus.

this is what i have been doing as well for the past few weeks. it is soooo much better for me... this way I don't have to wake up extra early before DS wakes up and I get to actually spend time with him when i get home.

when to work out?
I just started back to the gym for the first time since having DS (15m). I work in the city and already get up at 5 am so a morning workout is not an option for me. I walk in the house at 630.
My plan so far is to work out Sat and Sun mornings. DH watches the little guy. And at least one night during the week. During the week I go after DS has dinner but before bed. DH has been great on being on board with this.
Once the weather is a bit better I might be able to fit in walks in the neighborhood but I hate doing it in the cold so that will wait.

Re: when to work out?
Right now I am on maternity leave, so I do it before my kids get up most of the time. I do the same thing when I'm working, it's just earlier (4:45ish). When I get up that early, I can only manage to do it twice a week or so, so I do 2 weekdays and the 2 weekend days.
