Good stomach/oblique video
Can anybody recommend a workout video that only targets the stomach/oblique area? I am almost back to pre-baby weight and how come to terms that diet alone will not fix this area...lol. It will always have so much more fat than any other area on my body unless I work it out. Thanks girls!

Further narrow your search results on the left by choosing if you have any of the equipment listed, then sort by Rating.
I like to take screenshots of the ones I want to do, print them, tape them to the wall, then write in pencil how many I do. I try all kinds of different exercises to keep it interesting, and monitor how sore I am following the exercise day so I can do more the next time.
