I did one through North Shore Hospital. It was a 1 day thing for several hours but they also offer it split up into shorter more frequent classes.

Usually the hospital you're using will have one. Did you try calling them?

I haven't done one yet! but I plan on doing it the hospital where I will deliver at offers all those classes ask your ob also
