Tea?
Is it OK to have mint tea? I've cut out soda all together, but is ginger ale ok? Looking for something to help my tummy- not really experiencing m/s, but more like a queasiness every time I eat today.

Re: Tea?
It is best to avoid all herbal teas so as long as it is not herbal it is ok. Better if it is decaf.
For nausea my acupuncturist recommended decaf mint tea and ginger tea.

Re: Tea?
I had no choice but to drink ginger ale for ten weeks....it's the only thing I was able to keep down because water made me have nausea
