Wood kindgdom West vs. east

Does anyone know why the products at both are so different? The products at East look so much nicer and the prices are SO much better? Does East deliver anywhere?

I am They have totally different products. Am I missing some "story" here? I was about to go purchase the smaller set from West but, then I saw this insane one from East.

ETA:Is wood kingdom negotiable?

They have different owners.

Do NOT use east. We actually called to complain to west about east when the owner told us they sold that location.

We paid upfront for a set, never came in, DH had to harass them every day, and then the set came and it was different.

We took it bc it was actually a better set but wasn't worth the headache.

DO N O T use East. We had such problems with them. So bad that we had them pack up the set they brought after months of harassing them for it. They brought the set and it was missing a ton of pieces. We then went to west and bought our set from there. They said they have no ties with them and people complain about them all the time.
